Migrate your passwords to Neulock
Moving takes three simple steps:
Export a CSV file from your current browser or password manager (see guides below).
(Optional but wise) Review the file in a spreadsheet – delete rows you don't need and make sure each saved item has at least a Name and a Password.
In Neulock open ☰ Main menu ▸ Import/Export Passwords ▸ Import from CSV, pick your file, and let Neulock do the rest.
Security tip: a CSV is plain text. Keep it offline, don't e-mail it, and delete or securely encrypt it once the import succeeds.
Export guides (CSV)
Google Chrome (desktop)
- In the address bar type
chrome://password-manager/settings
. - Select Export passwords → Download file, then confirm with your system login and save the CSV.

Brave Browser (desktop)
- Go to Settings → Passwords.
- Click the ••• menu next to "Saved passwords" and choose Export.
- Authenticate, then save the CSV file.

Mozilla Firefox (desktop)
- Menu ☰ → Logins & Passwords (or visit
about:logins
). - Click ••• → Export Logins….
- Approve the warning, authenticate if asked, and choose where to save the .csv.

Apple Passwords / Safari (macOS)
- Open the Passwords app.
- Choose File → Export All Passwords to File.
- Click Export Passwords, pick a location, and save the CSV.

Apple Passwords / Safari (iPhone & iPad)
- Settings → Safari → Export.
- Tick Passwords (deselect other data) and tap Save to Downloads.

LastPass (web vault)
- Sign in at lastpass.com and open your Vault.
- Advanced Options → Export → Export data for use anywhere.
- Enter your master password; the CSV downloads automatically.

Bitwarden (desktop or web)
- In the app or web vault choose Settings → Export Vault.
- Select CSV as the format, enter your master password, and click Export vault.

Dashlane (web app)
- My account → Settings → Export Data → Export to CSV.
- Unlock with your master password and download the ZIP; open it and use the credentials.csv file.

1Password (Windows/macOS/Linux app)
- Open and unlock 1Password.
- Click the … (ellipsis) at the top of the sidebar → Export → choose the account/vault.
- Pick CSV as the format, confirm your account password, and save.

KeePass 2.x
- File → Export… → CSV File (or Save As… → Text CSV).
- Keep the default five-column layout and save the file in UTF-8.

Import into Neulock
- In Neulock, open the ☰ main menu.
- Choose Import/Export Passwords → Import from CSV.
- Select your file. Neulock will auto-detect the schema (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Bitwarden, LastPass, Dashlane, 1Password, KeePass) and convert it on the fly.
- When the success banner appears, delete the CSV from your device.
